At PrimeDrip Labs, we strive to provide researchers with reliable access to high-purity research compounds, accurate documentation, and responsive support before and after every order. If you have an issue with your order or your product, please reach out to our support team at support@primedriplabs.com.

Research Compounds (Vials)

Due to the sensitive nature of our research compounds — including requirements around sterility, temperature-controlled handling, and storage integrity — we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any vial once an order has been processed and handed to the carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS). All sales are final at that point.

Before your order is processed, you may log in to your PrimeDrip Labs account to update your shipping address, change your payment method, or cancel your order. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a compromised seal, please contact our support team at support@primedriplabs.com within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate and make it right.

Non-Compound Products (Accessories & Merchandise)

For any non-compound items we offer — such as accessories, apparel, or lab supplies — we accept returns on unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and we do not accept COD (cash-on-delivery) returns.

To initiate a return, email support@primedriplabs.com with your order number, the product name, and the reason for your return. PrimeDrip Labs reserves the right to deny a return if the item does not arrive in its original condition, shows signs of use, or appears to have been opened or tampered with. Once we receive and approve your return, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment.

Lost Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, PrimeDrip Labs will work with the carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS) to locate and redirect your package where possible. If the package cannot be located, we will reship your order at no additional cost.

Weather and carrier delays may occasionally extend transit times. Because our research compounds are shipped in stable, lyophilized (freeze-dried) form and do not require refrigeration in transit, extended shipping times do not affect product integrity. If your package is lost or has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at support@primedriplabs.com with your order number so we can investigate.
